Join us this Wednesday to protest the foremost violator of the Animal Welfare Act in Connecticut (4th nationally!!), pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturer/developer Boehringer Ingelheim. The May 2005 USDA Inspection Report from the facility revealed 19 violations of the Animal Welfare Act related to improper veterinary care, housing and oversight procedures. The USDA inspector concluded that

"animals died as a result of the negligent actions of some employees."

In addition to their blatant disregard for animal protection legislation, these scoundrels are one of the corporate sponsors of the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act.
